Several times each year, Mount View Baptist Temple sponsors a Family Basics Home Workshop. The focus of these workshops, held on a Sunday, is the strengthening of relationships within the home. Taking seriously the admonitions set forth in Deuteronomy 6:4-9, these messages are designed to aid families in dealing with the challenges of our modern culture. Topics addressing the husband/wife relationship; raising children; establishing Biblical priorities; and much more are provided at these extremely practical workshops. And while the theme for these workshops relate to the home, the principles are applicable for everyone. So whether you are married or single, young or old, the Family Basics Home Workshop is for you.
